Holiday craft show returns to Penn State Wilkes-Barre Nov. 2

35th Annual Homespun Holiday Craft Show will feature crafts, original artwork, jewelry and more from more than 100 vendors

DALLAS, Pa. – The Arts at Hayfield organization’s 35th Annual Homespun Holiday Craft Show will be held on Sunday, Nov. 2 from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. in the Athletic and Recreation and Student Commons buildings at Penn State Wilkes-Barre in Dallas. More than 100 crafters are set to display and market their crafts, original artwork, jewelry and more.

There is a suggested donation of $3 per person at the door. Children under 18 and Penn State students with campus IDs are free.

The members of Arts at Hayfield have pursued the mission of promoting the arts for all members of the community to experience and enjoy since the organization was founded in 1984. The nonprofit strives to provide opportunities for local performers, musicians, crafters, artists and artisans and continues to form networks of individuals interested in helping promote the arts.

Arts at Hayfield regularly donates to public media resources and arts organizations such as WVIA, FM Kirby Center, NEPA Chamber Music Society, Back Mountain Memorial Library and the Penn State Wilkes-Barre Friedman Art Gallery. Annual scholarships to local Penn State Wilkes-Barre students who express interest in the arts are also awarded.
