UNIVERSITY PARK, Pa. — Penn State Transportation Services has announced changes to parking and transit services at the University Park campus during the University's Thanksgiving holiday break.
Parking
Monday, Nov. 24 – Thursday, Nov. 27
Core faculty/staff permit holders (Brown, Green, Orange, Red, Silver, Yellow) may park at the following student lots:
- Lot 11
- Lot 22
- Lot 81
- Lot 82
On Monday, Nov. 24, and Tuesday, Nov. 25, all other normal weekday faculty, staff, student and visitor parking regulations will remain in effect.
Wednesday, Nov. 26 – Friday, Nov. 28
Faculty/staff and student permit holders may park at Eisenhower Deck and all surface parking areas normally available to them during evening/weekend hours, but all other regular parking regulations will remain in effect.
Overnight restrictions between 2 a.m. and 4 a.m. for the Commuter lots will remain in effect, and all reserved parking spaces, such as ADA, service/delivery, etc., will remain reserved.
Thursday, Nov. 27 – Friday, Nov. 28
Parking will be available at no charge in the on-campus parking decks (East, Eisenhower, HUB, Nittany and West) and the Commuter lots (Stadium West, Jordan East and Porter North).
CATABUS Service
Monday, Nov. 24 – Sunday, Nov. 30 (except Thursday, Nov. 27 – see below for details)
- Reduced service (including no White Loop or Red Link service).
Thursday, Nov. 27
- No service.

- Reduced service — both Campus Shuttle routes will be reduced from three vehicles running to two vehicles running.
