Penn State to host Flourish Fair on April 15 to help support student well-being

UNIVERSITY PARK, Pa. — Penn State will host the Flourish Fair to provide students with opportunities to reduce stress, engage in mindfulness practices, and support their overall well-being. The fair will take place from 11 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. on Tuesday, April 15, in Alumni Hall of the HUB-Robeson Center. The fair is a collaboration between Student Affairs and the College of Health and Human Development.   

The Flourish Fair will feature several hands-on stations where students can engage in various relaxing activities. In addition to the hands-on stations, there will be tables that will include information on:  

  • Emotional well-being. 
  • Sleep health. 
  • Stress management.
  • Campus recreation opportunities.
  • The Student Farm. 
  • Community health.
