UNIVERSITY PARK, Pa. — Penn State Student Affairs Career Services will host its annual open house from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. Tuesday, Aug. 26, at the Bank of America Career Services Center on the University Park campus.
The event will feature free activities and treats, including face painting, glitter tattoos, cotton candy, lawn games, snow cones, Penn State Berkey Creamery ice cream, and a food truck. Students who attend will also have the chance to win prizes throughout the afternoon.
The open house provides students with an opportunity to connect with Career Services staff, explore the wide range of career resources available, and learn more about the programs designed to support their academic and professional journeys.
“This event is a great opportunity for students to get to know how we can help shape their experience to find success, both while a student and beyond”, said Marissa Sprankle, assistant director in Career Services. “We want students to understand how we can help them thrive and how important it is to get involved with career support and guidance early on.”
