UNIVERSITY PARK, Pa. — The Office of Student Leadership and Involvement, a unit in the division of Student Affairs, recognized the recipients of the 2025 Service and Leadership Awards and the Student Organization and Involvement Awards in a ceremony held April 16 in the HUB-Robeson Center.
Each year, these awards honor undergraduate and graduate students who have demonstrated a commitment to service, leadership, and involvement across the University and the broader community. Penn State congratulates all award recipients and nominees for their ongoing dedication and impact.
The 2025 Service and Leadership Award recipients are:
- B.A. Boyer Family Scholarship for Student Affairs: Philip Larsen, Lia Liam
- Charles and Sharon Bell Scholarship for Citizenship and Leadership: Rebecca Durbin, Isabela Mendez
- Craig and Maxine Millar Award: Malak Mowafi
- Felsburg Gohn Leadership Award: William Tazza
- Jaime Desmond Leadership Scholarship: Daniil Rose
- Jane Wood Reno Memorial Scholarship: Anna Janaszek
- John and Veda Black Award: Cameron Koch
- Laurel Award for Outstanding Service: Jennifer Classen
- Mary Lee Hobbs Steel Emerging Leader Award: Tyler Mann
- Outstanding Adult Student Award: Kirti Arora
- Partisan Award: Alexis Wilt
- Rose Cologne Keystone Citizen Award: Daisuke Hayashi
- Smile for Sam Scholarship: Isabela Caruso, Shyanne Torres
- Stan Latta Dedication Scholarship: Erica Armstrong, Richard Carney
