Center for Arts and Crafts announces fall semester art classes and workshops

UNIVERSITY PARK, Pa. — The Center for Arts & Crafts at Penn State is now taking registrations for fall semester art classes and workshops. Classes are non-credit and are a relaxing way to explore a variety of art mediums. Session one classes begin the week of Sept. 15; Session two classes start the week of Oct. 27. 

The center has many different classes to choose from: wheel thrown pottery, oil painting, drawing, junk journalling, discover watercolor and acrylic, vinyl record painting. In addition to painting your own pottery, ceramics workshops, knitting, crochet, fall themed workshops, origami and so much more are offered. 

The full schedule of the fall classes and workshops can be viewed online. 

Classes and workshops are held in the Ritenour Building or the HUB-Robeson Center. To register, go to 3 Ritenour Building with a valid Penn State ID, during regular University operating hours.
