DUNMORE, Pa. – High-achieving students in Penn State Scranton’s corporate communication program were recently recognized for their academic excellence and professional accomplishments during a special induction ceremony for the campus’ Alpha Epsilon Rho and Lambda Pi Eta honor societies, with some students also receiving awards from the Pennsylvania Press Club for communications-related projects they submitted.
The ceremony brought together faculty, staff, alumni, family and friends to celebrate students who demonstrated outstanding scholarship, leadership and commitment to the field of communication.
To qualify for membership in either honor society, students must meet rigorous academic standards and show sustained dedication to their studies within the communication discipline. All photos from the ceremony are free to view and download on Penn State Scranton’s Flickr.
