Wagner joins Penn College Board of Directors

WILLIAMSPORT, Pa. – Pennsylvania College of Technology welcomed Lee Wagner, associate vice president for budget and finance & controller for Penn State, to its Board of Directors. Wagner was appointed to the Penn College Board by the Corporation for Penn State. The college is a special mission affiliate of Penn State.

In his position with Penn State, Wagner is responsible for university-wide budgeting activities and central financial functions, including treasury, bursar and controllership teams. Before assuming his current role, Wagner served as controller at the university beginning in November 2022. Prior to joining Penn State, Wagner spent more than a decade in public accounting and later held finance leadership roles in higher education at Duke University and the UNC Health Foundation.

Wagner holds bachelor's degrees in accounting and German from Penn State, as well as a Master of Business Administration from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
