MIDDLETOWN, Pa. – The Osher Lifelong Learning Institute (OLLI) at Penn State kicked off a new initiative to bring lifelong learning opportunities to the Harrisburg community during an event on May 1 at Penn State Harrisburg.
More than 100 community members came out to learn about the benefits of lifelong learning and the array of OLLI Harrisburg courses that will be offered this May and June.
OLLI at Penn State is a Penn State Outreach program.

Jessie Pierce, executive director of the Pennsylvania Council on Aging, spoke about the importance of lifelong learning for people in Pennsylvania.
