UNIVERSITY PARK, Pa. — The Institute of Energy and the Environment (IEE) invites all Penn State faculty engaged in energy or environmental research to the Energy and Environmental Faculty Forum and Reception from 3 to 6 p.m. on Tuesday, Sept. 29, in 504 Engineering Collaborative Research and Education (ECoRE) Building.
The event offers an opportunity to connect with colleagues, building new explore interdisciplinary collaborations across the University. Attendees will also participate in breakout sessions that will discuss IEE activities and explore what IEE can do to assist researchers moving forward. Each session will be broken up by broad interest areas, specifically climate, energy and water. Participants will attend the breakout session they most closely align with.
Following the breakout sessions and closing remarks will be a reception with hors d’oeuvres and beverages.
The forum is open to all faculty, whether formally affiliated with IEE or not. Registration is free but required by Monday, Sept. 14.
