UNIVERSITY PARK, Pa. — The Institute of Energy and the Environment (IEE) invites all Penn State faculty engaged in energy or environmental research to the Energy and Environmental Faculty Forum and Reception from 3 to 6 p.m. on Tuesday, Sept. 30, at the HUB-Robeson Center, Heritage Hall.
The event offers an opportunity to connect with colleagues, share research, discuss strategies for the future and explore interdisciplinary collaborations across the University. Attendees can participate in breakout sessions aligned with IEE’s five research themes:
- Climate and Natural Systems
- Health and the Environment
- Integrated Energy Systems
- Equitable Communities and the Built Environment
- Water Sustainability
Following the breakout sessions and closing remarks will be a reception with hors d’oeuvres and beverages.
The forum is open to all faculty engaged in energy or environmental research, whether formally affiliated with IEE or not. Registration is free but required by Thursday, Sept. 19, at this link.
