UNIVERSITY PARK, Pa. — To help people age as well as possible, Penn State Extension has joined forces with the Alzheimer’s Association to offer the “Healthy Living for Your Brain and Body” webinar, using scientific knowledge to explore how lifestyle choices can affect brain and body health during aging.
This webinar will take place from noon to 1 p.m. on March 31.
This program is designed for people of all ages who want tips on aging gracefully. It is not meant for those dealing with Alzheimer’s disease or dementia.
Those who join the webinar can learn about:

The latest research on staying healthy as they age and keeping their brains in good shape.

Why taking care of themselves is essential as they age.

Useful tips for staying in great shape, such as keeping their minds active, being physically fit, eating well and staying connected.
This webinar is free, but attendees must register by March 28 to get the access link. Those who register also will receive a link to watch a recording of the program.
