LEMONT FURNACE, Pa. — The Fayette LaunchBox will host a business planning workshop for new, seasoned and prospective entrepreneurs on Jan. 20, from 8 to 10 a.m. at 1040 Eberly Way in Lemont Furnace.
Joanna Sutton, a small business coach with executive leadership experience at Westinghouse Electric Company, will explain the best practices behind goal setting, tracking metrics and cost analysis.
