The SupportLinc Employee Assistance Program (EAP) is a confidential well-being benefit available to Penn State employees and their household members. The publicly available SupportLinc Holiday Toolkit offers helpful resources, including tips on holiday wellness, coping with grief, travel survival, and a flash course on surviving the holidays.
The program also offers guidance on managing expectations and protecting mental health and well-being during this time.
