UNIVERSITY PARK, Pa. — Penn State Human Resources (HR) is inviting employees across the University to participate in the free “Well-Being Week” webinars April 6-10. At least two webinars are planned for each day, with topics spanning from physical, mental and emotional to professional health and well-being.

"The health and well-being of our faculty and staff are the reasons why our team strives to provide resources and education that supports our employees while enhancing their physical and mental health status. We are excited to be able to offer these learning opportunities to our valued employees. By creating a culture of well-being, we hope to foster an environment where everyone feels authentically valued and supported.”

- Understanding the stress response and restoring balance in your mental health/neuroplasticity
- Mindfulness
- Managing mental health and finances
- Men’s health, presented by Mount Nittany Health
- Women’s health, focusing on perimenopause/menopause, presented by Mount Nittany Health
Additional topics and information about when and how to sign up will be shared in the coming weeks. The webinars are available to all Penn State employees at no cost. They will also be recorded and available for viewing after the live events.
