The Years of Service Recognition Program, launched in fall 2024, recognizes and celebrates the hard work and dedication of full-time faculty, staff and technical service employees across Penn State. The program offers awards and gifts to employees for milestone anniversaries, starting with their first and third years of employment at Penn State.
Employees who reach their 25-year anniversary receive a personalized Penn State-themed numeral marking their milestone and are invited to select a gift from the Years of Service Recognition Program catalog, which includes the traditional rocking chair and captain’s chair among the gift options.
