MIDDLETOWN, Pa. — Penn State Harrisburg will host the Technology Council of Central PA’s 6th annual "Power in Tech, Power in Us" summit on Thursday, March 19, from 8 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. in the Capital Union Building on campus. This year’s theme, “The Great Re-Skill: Navigating Change with Agility, Resilience & Readiness for What’s Next,” highlights the importance of continuous learning, adaptability, and forward-thinking leadership in an evolving technology landscape.

“Power in Tech, Power in Us” brings together industry leaders, educators, entrepreneurs and innovators committed to expanding access, fostering opportunity, and driving meaningful change across Central Pennsylvania’s technology ecosystem.

Through expert panels, interactive discussions, and networking opportunities, the summit will explore strategies to strengthen the regional tech workforce and create more accessible pathways into technology careers. Participants will examine both the challenges and opportunities in building a workforce that reflects the full breadth of talent, perspectives, and experiences in our communities.
The 2026 theme, “The Great Re-Skill,” anchors conversations about how individuals and organizations can navigate rapid technological change. Sessions will focus on lifelong learning, new approaches to credentials and workforce preparation, the role of technology in training and professional development, and the importance of resilience and well-being in a fast-changing workplace.
