UNIVERSITY PARK, Pa. — The Penn State Supplier Showcase will be held on Wednesday, Sept. 30, from 10:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. at the Bryce Jordan Center.
“The Supplier Showcase provides an opportunity for our campus stakeholders to interact with our current contract suppliers, to learn about available products and services, and make connections not only with our current suppliers but with our Central Procurement team,” said Chief Procurement Officer Duane Elmore.
Plan to attend
Faculty, staff, students and the public can:
- Discover contracted goods and services from participating suppliers supporting administrative supplies and business operations, facilities and fleet, housing and food, IT hardware, IT software, professional services, scientific and research, and travel and hospitality.
- Explore solutions for current and future operational needs.
- Ask Central Procurement procure-to-pay questions.

Visit Bryce Jordan Center parking information for locations and details. University Park buses and shuttles are available to all riders.
Food
Food and beverages will be available for purchase at the Bryce Jordan Center concessions.
