CTSI Team Science Webinar: 'A Strong Team Start: Collaboration Planning'
12:00 PM - 1:00 PM / January 29, 2026
Penn State Clinical and Translational Science Institute (CTSI) will host a three-part virtual mini-series focused on Team Science, led by Susan Simkins, director of team science with Penn State CTSI. Designed for researchers, staff and leaders working in collaborative environments, the series will provide practical, evidence-based strategies to help teams function more effectively and without the misalignment that so often slows good science down.
Titled "Making Teams Work: Starting Strong, Contributing Well, and Leading Wisely," the mini-series explores what successful teams do differently at every stage, from initial planning to day-to-day collaboration and leadership.
In this session, learn how intentional planning, role clarity and shared goals set teams up for success from the start.
