UNIVERSITY PARK, Pa. — Campus Dining will host a Harvest Fest dinner at all University Park dining commons on Wednesday, Oct. 21. Dinner times across locations will be from 5 to 8 p.m.
The special dinner will feature entrees such as beer braised beef brisket, apple braised pork ragout pasta and sweet potato & chickpea coconut curry, as well as various sides, specialty salads, assorted breads & spreads, soups and desserts. There will also be special drinks such as cranberry pomegranate fizz and apple cider, and seasonal activities such as pumpkin painting.
