UNIVERSITY PARK, Pa. — Beginning Sept. 17, service members, veterans and military families can request complimentary tickets to the Military Appreciation football game.

As part of Penn State’s 14th annual Military Appreciation Week, the Military Appreciation football game is on Nov. 8 at Beaver Stadium, where the Penn State Nittany Lions will play the Indiana University Hoosiers. Military members and their families are also encouraged to attend the free Military Appreciation tailgate at the Bryce Jordan Center.

The University’s continued partnership with Seats for Servicemembers provides servicemembers, veterans and their families with football game tickets at no cost. This year’s Military Appreciation football game is dedicated to Medal of Honor recipients with a special focus on Penn State alumnus Lt. Michael P. Murphy.
