UNIVERSITY PARK, Pa. — Penn State will soon transition to the Transact Mobile Ordering app at several locations on the University Park campus. The Transact Mobile Ordering app provides students, faculty and staff a way to order food and drinks, pay for the transaction, and pick it up from various campus locations.
“We are excited to continue to enhance our dining services,” said Karen Kreger, assistant vice president for Housing and Food Services. “Taking this step will provide our students, faculty and staff with an easier and more seamless ordering process.”
Transition locations and dates are listed below. To place mobile orders at campus dining locations, download the Transact app via the Apple App Store or Google Play. If you have any questions, please contact ABSIT@psu.edu.

- North Food District — Wednesday, Dec. 4
- West Food District — Tuesday, Dec. 10
- East Food District — Thursday, Jan. 9
- Pollock Food District — Wednesday, Jan. 22
- HUB — Monday, March 17
- Commonwealth Campuses — Fall 2025
