UNIVERSITY PARK, Pa. — The Penn State id+ Office will relocate to a new shared space in the Transportation Office at 1 Eisenhower Deck on Monday, June 1.

The id+ Office will close at its current location on Wednesday, May 27. Lesley Heller-Guenther, manager of the id+ Office, said the move is part of an ongoing effort to streamline services and improve the overall experience for the Penn State community.

“We are excited to offer this single location where students, faculty and staff can get help for both parking and id+ needs,” Heller-Guenther said. “Combining these two offices creates a more convenient, one-stop destination for the campus community.”

While the id+ Office will be closed for in-person services during the move, limited emergency support will be available. On Thursday, May 28, and Friday, May 29, students, faculty and staff requiring urgent id+ assistance are encouraged to reach out via email at idcard@psu.edu. Staff will monitor the inbox and respond to time-sensitive requests as quickly as possible.
