MEDIA, Pa. — The Penn State Brandywine Office of Strategic Communications released a new episode of “We Are Chattin’” on Oct. 21, featuring Hailey Piccirillo, a third-year biology major.
Piccirillo, who is on the women’s volleyball team and is involved with research and the Student Athlete Advisory Council, talked with student hosts Natalie DiMario and Mary Kate Cosgrove about what led her to Penn State Brandywine, why she wanted to play volleyball at the collegiate level and how she discovered her passion for scuba diving.
“To young kids who want to pursue sports in college, I want to tell them to keep doing what you love. If you really enjoy your sport, other people are going to see that, and that’s going to get you really far,” she said.
