About the chancellor
In addition to leading Penn State Beaver, McDougall serves as regional chancellor for Penn State Shenango. She joined Penn State Beaver in 2014 as director of academic affairs and was named chancellor in 2024 after serving in interim leadership roles at the campus and across the Commonwealth Campuses. McDougall holds a bachelor's degree from Oberlin College, a master's degree from Wesleyan University, and a master of fine arts degree from the University of Connecticut.
