MONACA, Pa. — Penn State Beaver's 57th annual awards ceremony took place on April 24, where Michel Rahbani was presented with the 2025 Eric A. and Josephine S. Walker Award. The award recognizes Penn State students whose outstanding qualities of character, scholarship, leadership and citizenship contribute to the prestige and well-being of their campus.
Rahbani, a second-year economics and finance major, earned the award for his student leadership including involvement in numerous campus clubs, initiative and all-around involvement in many campus activities.
Katrina Elder, a second-year psychology major, earned the Outstanding Student Award for her involvement in THON and her participation in campus clubs, especially her leadership as president of the LGBTQ+You club this academic year.
