UNIVERSITY PARK, Pa. — Lil Wayne will bring his 2026 North American tour to the Bryce Jordan Center on Friday, Sept. 18, adding a major entertainment highlight to a busy fall weekend at Penn State.

The performance is scheduled for the night before Penn State football hosts Buffalo at West Shore Home Field at Beaver Stadium, creating a full weekend of events in Happy Valley for students, alumni and visitors.

The tour celebrates more than 20 years of the artist's “Tha Carter” album series, a collection widely credited with shaping modern hip-hop. Since the release of the first installment in 2004, the series has produced numerous chart-topping songs and helped establish Lil Wayne as one of the most influential artists of his generation.

Over the course of his career, the five-time Grammy Award-winner has sold more than 100 million records worldwide and built a lasting presence in music and popular culture. In addition to his solo success, Lil Wayne founded Young Money Entertainment, the label that launched the careers of artists like Drake and Nicki Minaj.

The 2026 tour follows an extensive 2025 run and continues a retrospective of Lil Wayne’s catalog, highlighting music that spans more than two decades.

Tickets for the Bryce Jordan Center show will be available beginning with presales on Wednesday, March 18, ahead of the general public on-sale at 10 a.m. Friday, March 20, through Ticketmaster.
