UNIVERSITY PARK, Pa. — Emmy Award-winning comedian John Mulaney will return to Penn State this fall with his new stand-up tour, “John Mulaney: Mister Whatever,” coming to the Bryce Jordan Center on Oct. 22. This marks Mulaney’s third appearance at Penn State, following his previous performances in 2022 and 2023.
Tickets will be available beginning with presales at 10 a.m. Wednesday, March 25, followed by the general public on-sale at 10 a.m. Friday, March 27, at Ticketmaster.com. Tickets and additional tour information can be found at bjc.psu.edu.
Mulaney is a four-time Emmy Award-winner, as well as a recipient of Critics Choice and Writers Guild of America awards. He is widely recognized for his work as a writer, comedian and actor.
Most recently, Mulaney serves as host, writer and executive producer of the Netflix talk show “Everybody’s Live with John Mulaney,” a continuation of “Everybody’s in LA.” The series features monologues, celebrity guests, pre-taped sketches and musical segments. “Everybody’s in LA” debuted as a six-night live comedy event during the 2024 Netflix Is a Joke Festival.
In addition to his television work, Mulaney starred in the Broadway production “All In: Comedy About Love” in December 2024 alongside Fred Armisen, Richard Kind and Renée Elise Goldsberry. He is currently performing across North America on the first leg of his “Mister Whatever” tour.
Mulaney is also set to appear in the upcoming Amazon MGM Studios film “Madden,” a biographical sports drama directed by David O. Russell.
