The Nittany Performing Arts Centre is a community-driven initiative working to create a dedicated home for performing arts organizations across the Centre Region. The vision began in 2016, when Douglas Meyer, newly retired as conductor of the Pennsylvania Chamber Orchestra, joined fellow arts leaders in discussing the need for a shared venue where community arts organizations could rehearse, perform and grow together. More information is available at the Nittany Performing Arts Centre website.
