UNIVERSITY PARK, Pa. — With Penn State football beginning its highly anticipated season later in August, registration is now open for this year’s Roar Tour events hosted by the Penn State Alumni Association. Below are details on the season’s lineup, along with details on chapter watch parties hosted by Alumni Association affiliate groups. Roar Tour Pregame at Hintz
The Alumni Association is turning up the energy the night before the Penn State White Out game against Oregon with a special Roar Tour Pregame at Hintz on Friday, Sept. 26, at the Hintz Family Alumni Center. It's the perfect way to kick off White Out Weekend — amazing food, awesome company and plenty of Penn State pride.

Roar Tour Pep Rallies
The premiere pregame event at away football games is back for the 2025 season.
Get ready to roar with Penn Staters at Ohio State and Rutgers. Fuel up on spirit and enjoy performances from the Penn State Pep Band, Nittany Lion, and Penn State Cheerleaders at the place to be on the road this season.
Sign up today for the Roar Tour at Ohio State and Rutgers. There is no cost to attend, though registration is required. Doors will open three hours before kickoff.
Roar Tour Friday Night Mixers
Penn State alumni across the country are ready to welcome fans this football season.
The Roar Tour Friday Night Mixers are the place to be the night before road games. Hosted in partnership with local alumni chapters and often including performances from the Penn State Cheerleaders and Nittany Lion, this is the place to connect with Nittany Lions on the road this season.
Registration is now open for events at UCLA (Oct. 3), Iowa (Oct. 17), Ohio State (Oct. 31), Michigan State (Nov. 14), and Rutgers (Nov. 28). There is no cost, though registration is required.
Chapter watch parties
The Alumni Association has more than 100 alumni chapters across the country and many host watch parties during the football season. Alumni Association membership includes access to 275 affiliate groups and local chapters with no additional fees or dues. Find your chapter on the Alumni Association’s website.
