UNIVERSITY PARK, Pa. — Career planning skills are critical, whether you are a recent graduate just starting your career journey or a seasoned professional looking to brush up for your next role.
Penn State alumnus Patrick McIntyre will cover strategies, tools and actions to consider as you chart your professional path on from 7-8 p.m. on Thursday, Feb. 26, via Zoom. Registration for the event is open now.
McIntyre graduated from Penn State in 2016 with a master’s degree in human resources and employment relations. After graduation, McIntyre accepted a role in the HR rotational program at Air Products and Chemicals, a global Fortune 500 industrial gas manufacturer headquartered in Allentown.
Since then, he’s had the opportunity to work in a variety of different HR roles supporting leaders and employees. In his current role as global manager for talent management, career and succession, he focuses on creating programs and tools to help employees grow their careers and meet their full potential, while also preparing them to accomplish the goals of the organization.
