ALTOONA, Pa. — Penn State Altoona will hold a discussion on generative AI in academia at 12:05 p.m. on Tuesday, Jan. 21, in the Fireside Lounge of the Slep Student Center.

Nicholas Rowland, distinguished professor of sociology; Fabricio Saucedo, assistant professor of kinesiology; and student Dawson Coventry will serve as guest speakers.

The event is sponsored by Student Pathways to Undergraduate Research. Lunch will be provided.
