ALTOONA, Pa. — Black history documentation from around Blair County will be on display from 4-7 p.m. on Thursday, Feb. 19, in the Fireside Lounge of the Slep Student Center at Penn State Altoona.
The documents are of significance to the county and provide an opportunity to observe, reflect and engage in thoughtful conversation about its role in African American history.
The display is provided by Harriett Gaston, academic adviser at Penn State Altoona and local African American historian.
