Wilt picked up one AMCC Player of the Week recognition during the season.
Penn State Altoona women’s basketball finished the 2025-26 season with a 20-8 overall mark and tied the program’s single-season wins record. The Lions went 13-3 within the AMCC, placing third in the league’s regular season standings and eventually reaching the conference championship game during the playoff tournament.
