With the conclusion of the spring 2026 semester, Penn State Today will end daily publication Monday, May 11, for the summer.
Penn State Today will be published on Monday, May 11, to capture spring commencement and Board of Trustees activities, and will then shift to its summer schedule, publishing regularly on Tuesdays and Fridays through Aug. 21.
This schedule will be modified for the following University holidays:

<li>Week of May 25: Penn State Today will be published on Wednesday, May 27, and Friday, May 29, due to offices being closed on Monday, May 25, for the Memorial Day holiday.</li>
<li>Week of June 15: Penn State Today will be published on Tuesday, June 16, only, due to the Juneteenth holiday on Friday, June 19.</li>
<li>Week of June 29: Penn State Today will be published on Tuesday, June 30, only, due to the Independence Day holiday being observed on Friday, July 3.</li>
</ul>
Penn State Today will resume its daily publication schedule with the start of fall 2026 classes on Monday, Aug. 24.
