UNIVERSITY PARK, Pa. — Penn State faculty and staff are invited to a virtual project update on the Finance Optimized Service Team (OST) phased transition to a financial shared services model, scheduled from 11 a.m. to noon on Jan. 14.

Project leads will share the latest progress to create a streamlined and optimized financial shared services model. A key focus of this session will be the upcoming initiator training. This specialized training is designed for employees who will be responsible for initiating transactions within the new service model, providing the tools and knowledge to support a smooth transition.
For those unable to attend the live session, the event will be recorded and available for on-demand viewing on the Finance OST website.
