Finance OST: Monthly virtual event to be held on Nov. 19

University employees are invited to learn latest updates and progress on phased roll-out

UNIVERSITY PARK, Pa. — Faculty and staff are invited to the next in a series of virtual events hosted by the Finance Optimized Service Team (OST) from 2-3 p.m. on Nov. 19.  

The event will provide opportunities for employees, including those who will be joining a finance hub and those who will be initiating financial transactions, to ask questions and learn more about available resources. 

The event will cover the phased implementation timeline, which will continue through February 2026 and highlight upcoming training for finance staff. 

Additionally, for unit staff who will submit financial transactions, the outline of the initiator steps they’ll begin using in February will be shared, along with the schedule of training opportunities.
